All pricing for Services is subject to change without notice. All payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed on the Website.
3.3. Access and Limited License
Upon purchasing Digital Content, How Seniors Learn AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased Digital Content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
3.4. License Restrictions (No Sharing or Resale)
You must not, and agree not to:
- Share your account access or login credentials with any other person.
- Redistribute, reproduce, transmit, sell, license, or commercially exploit any Digital Content (including video files, PDFs, or lesson transcripts) in any manner.
- Post or upload Digital Content to the internet or any shared platform.
SECTION 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
4.1. Ownership
The Website, the Services, the structure and organization of the courses, the “AI for Seniors” book content, trademarks, logos, and all other content generated or provided by How Seniors Learn AI are the exclusive property of How Seniors Learn AI and are protected by applicable copyright, patent, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2. User-Submitted Content (UGC) License
By posting, submitting, or displaying any content, comments, tips, or materials (“UGC”) on the Website or within the Community, you grant How Seniors Learn AI a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such UGC for any purpose, including for operational, marketing, and promotional purposes.
SECTION 5. ONLINE COMMUNITY AND CODE OF CONDUCT
5.1. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
The Community (“HowSeniorsLearnAI” Facebook Group) is hosted and operated by a third-party, Facebook. You acknowledge that your use of the Community is subject to Facebook’s separate terms of service and privacy policies. How Seniors Learn AI is not responsible for the functionality, liability, or security of the Facebook platform itself.
5.2. Community Code of Conduct
Participation in the Community requires adherence to the following rules:
- Respect and Kindness: All members must interact with one another in a kind, patient, and respectful manner. Harassment, abuse, or hate speech will not be tolerated.
- No Commercial Activity: You shall not use the Community for unsolicited commercial communication, spam, or self-promotion without express written permission from an administrator.
- Safety and Privacy: You must not post any highly sensitive personal information, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers, bank account details, or login credentials.
- Moderation: How Seniors Learn AI reserves the right, but has no obligation, to remove any content or to terminate the membership of any user who violates this Code of Conduct, without warning.
